ABOUT LAXMI PRIYA PAILA

Results-driven team executive bringing a progressive background in innovative and entrepreneurial environments. My goal is to provide tech-based solutions to world-class issues. I have organised and hosted few events at school. I have also been an active organiser in several hackathons, entrepreneurial competitions and workshops. I was also involved as one of the central members of the ProShows team for one of the biggest cultural fest of India, Spring Spree conducted in our college. I am also proficient at engendering content for different organizations upstaging their brand identity. Through my public relations and social media management skills I managed to upskill the brand identity of organisations such as TEDxNITW, Innovation Garage, Electronics and Communication Engineering Association, Youth Red Cross and Student Branch, NITW. My intrigues lie in dancing and in fitness. My strengths include good communication skills and leadership qualities. I\'m quite resolute and focused when I commit myself to something.
