My journey has been anything but linear, and that’s what makes it meaningful. Starting with a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from REVA University, I learned to communicate effectively across diverse platforms and audiences—a skill that became the foundation of my career. As a former Assistant Manager at Wiingy, I worked with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, solve client challenges, and boost retention and satisfaction. Along the way, I discovered a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and creating exceptional customer experiences. What drove me most was seeing the tangible impact of my work—knowing that every effort contributed to making a difference for customers and society. I embraced challenges, learned new skills, and grew through every twist and turn. Life doesn’t always go as planned, but it’s in those unexpected moments that we find our true strengths.
