Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting business units of India and onsite for OEM and tier1 suppliers in CAE positions like Modeler, Sr. Modeler and Analysts for Crash and Safety, NVH, Durability, Transmission, Chassis, Seating, MBD etc. Software: Hypermesh, Ansa, NASTRAN, Abaqus, Optistruct, LS-Dyna, Pamcrash, Adams, star CCM, etc. Hiring through different Sourcing channel i.e. Referrals, Direct Souring, Walk-in Interviews Job Portal, LinkedIn, and Social Media. Candidate Engagement - Keeping them interested throughout the Process, Compensation Negotiation, Pre and Post Offer Management. Relationship Management: Good at building healthy working relations and partnerships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, Vendors, and Team. Partner with Stakeholders and Respective Hiring Manager to identify critical talent gaps and trends within Business units, Technology and carry out recruitment activities for specialized & leadership hiring identified as per skill gap analysis and the complete selection process to bring the candidate on board within defined SLA.
