About Laxman Prabhu

Much of my professional experience has focused on building high performance computer systems which process network data. I have good hands on experience building multi threaded systems and understand the intricacies and design trade offs involved in building these systems. Lately I have been fascinated by multi-clustered distributed systems, particularly data infrastructure systems. My primary interests are in the areas of Data Infrastructure, Network Security, Computer Networks and back end systems.I believe that to be a good engineer, one should always strive to improve themselves and should incorporate learning in everyday life. The key to be a successful software engineer apart from being intelligent is to work together as a team and complement each other. Sometimes the best of the ideas come from constructive feedback. To listen and incorporate feedback always allows us to learn and become better.
