I’m an award-winning corporate attorney, professor of business law, board member, and author on a mission to transform business leaders’ negative impressions of corporate attorneys, drive business while mitigating risk, learn from and educate others, and allow my internal clients to rest easier knowing I\'m on their team. I have extensive legal experience, including civil litigation work and over a decade as in-house counsel in varied companies across different industries.
