I like stepping into complex, revenue‑critical environments, understanding what’s actually happening on the ground, and helping teams build systems that make work clearer, more reliable, and easier to sustain over time.I’m an operations and strategy leader focused on enterprise programs that improve execution, reduce risk, and support strong teams. At TEKsystems, I lead a portfolio of operational initiatives tied to revenue capture, controls, and audit readiness. That includes owning operating rhythms, KPIs, and escalation frameworks across a large, multi‑region program, as well as leading and developing managers and individual contributors. Efficiency and compliance are table stakes; the real value comes from creating clarity, accountability, and consistency that teams can rely on.My leadership style is grounded and practical. I stay close to the work when it matters, particularly during periods of change, but I don’t believe in micromanagement. I focus on building capable teams by giving people the context, trust, and ownership they need to lead confidently. Some of my most meaningful work has been mentoring leaders, strengthening cross‑functional partnerships, and guiding teams through complex change without losing momentum.I’m especially interested in designing operating models, improving program governance, and automating workflows where thoughtful structure can significantly reduce risk and unlock better decisions.
