   A hands-on manager that oversees the development process for Cirrus, Springbrook’s new cloud-based, Azure hosted, ERP system designed for local governments built on.NET Blazor WASM using the CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) pattern. • Manage multiple teams of both full-time and offshore developers. • Report directly to the CTO. • The development process consists of an Agile (i.e, Scrum, “Scrumban”, etc.) development process with the lifecycle managed through Azure DevOps. • Participate or hold, iteration planning, refinement, grooming, daily stand-ups, velocity forecasting, retrospectives, and KPI reporting. • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Upper Management. • Personally developed a “Release Dashboard” in.NET Blazor WASM with Azure GIT API to assist in the release management process. Includes, repository commit history, work item differences between branches, and managing stale branches. • Integrated Launch Darkly feature flag management into Cirrus. • Created an extensive Power BI dashboard that integrates with Azure Dev Ops and is used for identifying team/individual velocity, churn, cycle time, lead time, application defect sources, etc. • Work closely with my senior UI/UX developer to create enforceable pattern guidelines and improve our existing shared component base. • Continue to strive for process improvement internally and with other teams, including improving our CI/CD release pipeline, release management, backlog refinement, database schema reviews, and OWASP training. Technologies include Visual Studio 2022.NET 7 Blazor WASM, C#, SQL Server 2017/2019, WebAPI, SyncFusion UI controls, Azure, Terraform, Azure Dev Ops, AppInsights, Launch Darkly, WCF, SignalR, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, CQRS, and Fluxor.
