My mission is to foster a more fair, efficient, and inspiring world for the underdogs through design, technology, and leadership. Ever nosy, I\'ve been an engineer, designer, product manager, consultant, speaker, and founder with a strong bias towards action. Happiest working on hard problems with multidisciplinary teams. I believe in a world where no one has to work twice as hard to get half as far. I founded Pearl to increase the odds of overqualified and overlooked jobseekers landing their next job opportunities. Before Pearl, I co-founded a non-profit consultancy called Tech Can [Do] Better, whose message was featured in Fast Company, Spectrum News, PRINT Mag. At IBM, I drove enterprise-wide hybrid cloud, AI, and culture transformation initiatives, working with the SVPs, VPs, Directors, and GMs AI leaders (with yearly revenues over $22B). Some of my external clients include Bank of America, Vodafone, Royal Bank of Scotland, and American Express. As of 2021, my team\'s Team Essentials for AI certification course had badged over 20k people.
