As an asset protection Manager at Gap inc, I manage the external/internal investigative process in the Manhattan borough, where I identify trends, habitual offender activity, and fraud through data analysis and incident reporting. I collaborate with Gap Inc cross functional teams to develop localized plans and efforts to address high impact cases and to resolve internal activity.With Ten years of experience in asset protection, I have become an expert at mitigating theft through various partnerships with store teams, AP teams, and local law enforcement. I also train and develop field AP teams to drive results and form culture. I am certified in WZ investigative interviewing techniques level 1.
