About Lawrence Stuardi
I founded Medical Realty Advisors in 1991 with a vision to build something different–an advisory and development firm rooted in integrity, long-term relationships, and meaningful impact. Today, that vision lives on in MRA Group, a leading real estate development, advisory, and property services firm known for transforming campuses in the healthcare, life sciences, and education sectors. Over the past four decades, I’ve led the development of millions of square feet of commercial space, forged partnerships with national investors, and advised some of the region’s top institutions. I am passionate about collaboration, inspired by history, and grounded in the belief that good business should do good. Through my continued strategic advice to MRA’s teams and partners, as well as through my family foundation and MRA’s 501(c)(3), Do Well to Do Good, I support initiatives that strengthen the communities we serve.
