The APEX Consortium is an other transaction agreement (OTA) with a 10 year period of performance covering both research projects and prototype projects.• Manage and lead the nonprofit’s pursuit, proposal development, and provision of assisted acquisition management services and professional training, education, and instruction to customers in government and industry to include the negotiation and management of subcontracts and teaming agreements.• Manage and handle the daily business operations of the nonprofit supporting the daily activities of employees to include human resources, budgeting, accounting, and information technology (IT) requirements and activities.• Developed and implemented an Assessments Academy for OUSD(R&E) to include the design and presentation of the ASMT 101 – Fundamentals of Assessment course providing initial test and assessment training to more than 50 federal government employees, military personnel, and government contractors supporting OUSD(R&E) joint prototyping, experimentation, and technology demonstration programs and activities.• Serve as the FSO and ITSPO responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s facility clearance (Secret) and personnel clearances.
