During my tenure at Faegre Drinker, I have continued leveraging my extensive experience in antitrust, M&A litigation, class action defense and international arbitration.My experience has included the following- Serving in the London Court of International Arbitration as an expert witness in relation to various contract and tort claims governed by US law- Successfully representing a leading seller of vitamins and dietary supplements at the Eighth Circuit in a putative class action involving an alleged violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act and a claim for unjust enrichment- Preparing a demand for arbitration and utilizing a pre-arbitration dispute resolution process on behalf of a US-based technology company to resolve a cross-border dispute involving the implementation of a unified communications and contact center solution in Canada- Representing a leading Colorado health care system facing a challenge similar to many brought throughout the country relating to pricing disclosures involving emergency room settings, I developed and presented the successful evidentiary and legal showing, defeating the motion to certify any of the proffered classes, resulting in the dismissal of the entire case.
