As part of the LAX Terminal Development Group, I manage the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of construction projects and project packages from inception to completion. I oversee the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders, ensuring projects progress smoothly from design development through construction while maintaining compliance with CEQA/NEPA and entitlement requirements.With specialized expertise in aviation projects, I collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and construction specialists to interpret contracts, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. I prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, often coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align project objectives with LAWA’s overarching development goals. Throughout construction, I monitor progress, key performance indicators, and budget matters while proactively addressing risks, work delays, and other challenges that arise.In addition to project-specific oversight, I facilitate interdependencies between multiple project teams, ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach to program delivery. I work closely with LAWA leadership and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building and safety codes while also managing contingency planning, public notices, and communication strategies. Through proactive problem-solving and effective collaboration, I help drive the successful execution of complex aviation development initiatives.
