   Utilized proprietary rRDM (rapid requirements delivery methodology) to elicit requirements and ensure alignment of business counterpart throughout the various iterative phases of Agile Methodology to ensure work products are delivered on schedule, with expected functionality to meet customer satisfaction. Methodology has been applied in various project types including Finance projects and various supply chain projects that include Plan, Make, Deliver, and Enable pillars of the SCOR model. · Lead various requirements, user story refinement sessions, and workshops with key stakeholders in Switzerland and Belgium to help drive Medical Device Regulation design options and integration points on Plan, Make, and Deliver ERP systems as well as the later to be-defined Economic Operator verification system. · Hosted 75+ stakeholder meetings across One MD for Project Libertas, an enterprise-wide program that will release up to $5B of cash over a period of 4 years. In addition, led the effort that created 25 Project Maps and provided the final deliverable of a Metric Consolidation Worksheet for 5 operational metrics which consisted of 900 data attributes. · Streamlined a more effective Quarter/Year end-close process for Sustain group which consisted of 25 different excel sheets by utilizing rRDM which helped recommend the reintroduction of processes and batch jobs that were previously executed instead of investing tens of thousands for new development
