As Chair of the Board, I work closely with our CEO and Board members to provide strategic leadership and governance to the Prince Edward County Chamber of Commerce, in order to advance the interests of local businesses. My role involves- Working with our CEO to ensure the implementation of the Chamber’s strategic direction to strengthen economic growth and community prosperity- Working with Board members to ensure effective governance, accountability, and oversight of Chamber initiatives and operations- Fostering collaboration among businesses, government, and community organizations to address local opportunities and challenges- Championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in business practices across the County- Representing the Chamber publicly and advocating for policies that support a vibrant business environment.Through this role, I am committed to helping build a resilient, innovative, and connected business community in Prince Edward County.
