As Chief Investment Officer, I produce a strong record of strategic and verifiable success managing $5 Billion in assets, with both superior excess, risk adjusted returns, and benchmark beating performance. Over 24 years, I have beat consolidated benchmarks 21 of 24 years, both in absolute and risk adjusted measures. I have executive responsibility for asset allocation and manager selection. I built an alternatives platform that contributed over 1/3 of our company\'s capital in the last decade.I manage Cayman captive insurance investment portfolios including over 60 separate accounts, each with different investment agendas and their own cash flows.I have successfully constructed an alternatives platform providing excess and risk adjusted returns using private equity, private credit, real estate, historic and LIHTC tax credits, hedge funds and commodities. I\'ve done buyout, growth, and venture. The tax credit portfolio was implemented in \'08 and had a 13% after tax IRR through its life. I\'ve used mortgage derivative, long/short credit, specialty finance, CLO equity, commodities, and middle-market funds.The Inv Grade portfolio has included every asset class in publics and privates (including corporate and ABS). The CLO trade we began in \'19 has been exceptional through \'25, adding $millions in annual excess income. I created and manage a Corporate wide Treasury platform covering dozens of companies. I developed and manage SOX controls for Investments and Treasury. I have close relationships with Tax and Reinsurance in order to maximize tax efficiency and capital allocation. I manage the company balance sheets, its Corporate Capital including Debt, FX, Cash Management, FHLB memberships and Insurance Company Capital modeling including RBC, BCAR and internal economic models. I am the lead committee member for $350M 401K plan investments, and reduced expenses by 3/4’s during tenure and focused fiduciary goals. I created and manage a Travel program driving cost savings through creative communication and data. I manage S&P, Moody’s and Fitch Credit Rating Agencies and AM Best insurance relationships.I am actively involved with Accounting and its close process including GAAP and STAT closes. I am member of the Controls Committee and lead Pension Committee member.
