Support investigations into complaints of discrimination under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA), and Fair Chance in Housing Act (FCHA). Assist in developing interview questions, reviewing documents and evidentiary materials, and drafting investigative reports and correspondence.Gain hands-on experience in civil rights enforcement in employment, housing, and public accommodations.Contribute to DCR’s mission of combating discrimination, addressing bias and prejudice, and ensuring equal treatment for all New Jersey residents.
