I take pride being a Luxury Branded Residential hospitality professional. I focus on managing a comprehensive Global Residential Ownership Benefit program and Owner Services culture which provides a significant enhancement to the residential real estate offering by creating incredible value for owners. I also support and provide resources to our residential properties creating highly effective global teams who deliver results. I spend my days• Managing an exclusive Benefit offering to Luxe Residential Owners globally.• Ensuring we offer a robust Reciprocal Use program which provides valuable and unique flexible exchange opportunities, while also ensuring strong EBITA year over year. • Overseeing various audits, monthly/annual reporting, and solid financial management of benefits programs.Away from work you can find me travelling to new and exciting destinations, running along Vancouver’s beautiful seawall, going to see concerts & theatre, and spending quality time with my family. My specialties include: Working closely with each Residential Owner Services team to ensure consistency in the delivery of high quality results as well as continue to improve the Residential Ownership value proposition by successfully managing benefit enhancement initiatives and roll outs. Focus on creating strong, trusting relationships with the Residential Owner Services teams, Global Reservations Centre colleagues, and key contacts at each Accor property.
