ABOUT LAWRENCE HILL
From a construction trade background, I have been successfully recruiting staff for the industry at various levels for over 19 years. Starting with \'Blue Collar\' Trades and Labour temporary staff and more recently supplying \'White Collar\' Construction staff. Whether it be freelancing/contract work or a permanent position, I have the experience and contacts to help with your search for a role within the production or commercial side of the industry.In my role as Operations Manager at React, I am responsible for all compliance issues, policy writing/updating, Health & Safety compliance - including ongoing management of the company\'s Constructionline and CHAS memberships.The other string to my bow has come in the shape of freelance writing, having had some of my fiction work published in both 2022 and 2023. Excited to be presenting my first novel to publishers in 2024, with two potential offers to print in the bag.
