Key player in building a top 20 global Salesforce practice from scratch, leading the transition from a registered to platinum consulting partner in the space of just 4 years with organic growth from 0 to 700 Salesforce FTEs. Currently responsible for solution selling and offerings for HLS North America and for Salesforce in our Emerging Markets segment (Europe, Middle East, Asia)- Incubated and grew the Salesforce HLS business within Virtusa. This included acquiring many major clients including the largest US payer, becoming a preferred HLS partner of Salesforce, being placed on the HLS partner advisory board, and building award winning Health Cloud based solutions with joint GTMs with Salesforce - Led and delivered many end-to-end enterprise grade Salesforce projects as the principle architect across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Einstein, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Health Cloud and Vlocity/OmniStudio - Built business units with consistent Salesforce order booking of $100m/annually in North America - Won multiple large deals including two $30m + large Salesforce deals in both the US and the UK - Ensured Virtusa was well placed in Salesforce analyst reports including as a Major Contender in Healthcare Salesforce Services on the Everest PEAK Matrix Dreamforce Speaker in both 2022 and 2023 representing Virtusa on topics of patient experience transformation in med tech and sales experience transformation in telco - Personally invited to the prestigious Partner Advisory Board of Salesforce in 2023 for HLS - Awarded the company’s highest award by the CEO twice for outstanding contributions toward company growth in the Salesforce technology business
