ABOUT LAWANNA HARPER
I\'ve been in Human Resource now for 13 years. I got my start in HR when I attended and graduated The Institute of Technology, on the Stockton, Ca campus where I graduated in 2011 with my HR Certification of HR Administration. I’ve worked in a role of Interim HR Generalist in a Acute Care Hospital with just about employees, where I\'m still currently employed. I’m currently working on my BS in Human Resource MGMT. I’ve recruited for Henderson Hospital before it’s opening. I’ve been trusted and mentored by 2 great HR Leaders, my first in Stockton who gave me a chance fresh out of college. Also, in Vegas I had the second best Leader my HR Director who I met at Desert Springs Hospital who then moved back to CA to pursue other endeavors. These leaders trusted me, and I thank them for everything I know in my professional career. I’m a very humbled woman, who just believes in treating others how I want to be treated and I’ve also learned that team work starts with Leaders, not bosses.
