If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that access—real access—goes beyond formulary wins and rebate strategies. It’s about people, patients, providers and partners. At the heart of it all, it’s about solving complex challenges with innovative, practical solutions that actually move the needle.I didn’t start in Market Access, but the journey through Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and People Leadership taught me how each function plays a role in the bigger picture. Somewhere between launching high-cost specialty products, negotiating regional payer contracts, and leading cross-functional teams, I found my calling: helping patients get the therapies they need, when they need them.Today, as a Regional Account Director at Sanofi Specialty Care, I manage a portfolio of 30 specialty products across six therapeutic areas. It’s fast-paced, high-stakes, and exactly where I thrive. From Medicaid to PBMs, from value-based pilots to buy-and-bill strategies, I’ve had the privilege of working on all sides of access—delivering double-digit revenue growth while staying laser-focused on patient outcomes.I’ve been honored with awards like the President’s Club at Merck, the Circle of Excellence at Sanofi, and several others for innovation, culture, collaboration, and performance.
