I am an early-career researcher with evolving expertise in bioassay development and analytical biotechnology, currently contributing to the Department of Bioassay Development at Lupin Biotech R&D, Pune. My work focuses on the development, optimization, and validation of cell-based functional assays, ELISA-based analytical methods, and in vitro potency assessment platforms that support translational biosimilar research.My expertise includes troubleshooting assay failures, improving assay robustness, and implementing scientifically rigorous, high-quality workflows to generate reliable, reproducible data. By effectively bridging innovative therapeutic concepts with practical laboratory execution, I support the development of scalable, consistent, and impactful biosimilar products, accelerating pharmaceutical research and strengthening analytical capabilities within the organization.I hold an MSc in Biotechnology (Health in Medicinal Plants and Phytotherapy) from the Franco-Indian Health Campus (ILIADE), with research experience across India, Slovakia, and France. During my Master’s research, I investigated nutrient uptake and nanoparticle interactions in basil and wheat, designed experiments, and analyzed plant responses, providing insights into sustainable agriculture, plant nutrient dynamics, and eco-friendly solutions.I am deeply passionate about advancing drug discovery and translational research through the integration of medicinal plants, nanotechnology, and innovative bioassay platforms. My work reflects a multidisciplinary approach that bridges human health, sustainable agriculture, and translational biotechnology. I am committed to contributing to research initiatives that drive scientific innovation and create meaningful impact in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceutical sciences.I am strongly passionate about Plant science and Biotechnology aim to contribute significantly to this field through research and innovation.
