Lavishka has built her career across global investment banking and asset management, shaping financial reporting, governance, and oversight processes across multiple markets and products. At BlackRock, she as an Associate with the Fund Treasury Reporting (FTR) team under Global Accounting and Product Services (GAAPS), is responsible for the oversight of fund reporting and ensuring compliance under IFRS, US GAAP, and other frameworks. She has been a pioneer to strategic cross-regional transitions and stakeholder engagement to reinforce her ability to deliver audit-ready financials globally.Before BlackRock, she was with Morgan Stanley in hedge fund and private equity reporting, and began her career at JP Morgan in compliance reporting and portfolio analytics. This journey has given her a strong foundation in audit coordination, risk governance, and cross-border stakeholder management, working closely with senior leadership across regions.Beyond finance, she is passionate about mentorship, communication, and building inclusive cultures.
