I work at the intersection of payments, fintech, and product strategy, helping financial institutions translate complex payment infrastructure into scalable, customer-centric solutions.Currently within Global Transaction Banking at Scotiabank, I support strategic initiatives spanning business line performance, new market strategy, and emerging digital asset capabilities. My work focuses on bringing greater structure, visibility, and data-driven decisioning to evolving payments and platform priorities.Previously at Deloitte, I worked on large-scale payments transformation programs including high-value wires modernization, ISO 20022 readiness, dispute management (debit and credit), and emerging platform models such as BaaS and PaaS.
