Experienced in new product development with a specialization in lithium-ion cell formation, particularly for long pouch cells. My core responsibilities include preparation and continuous improvement of formation recipes using structured Design of Experiments (DOEs) to enhance electrochemical performance and process efficiency.I develop comprehensive product validation plans for all development phases—wet runs, commissioning, line balancing, and production ramp-up—while coordinating closely with the process team to execute DOEs at each stage.I actively support the quality team in preparing control plans and reaction plans to ensure process stability and product compliance. Additionally, I provide support in maintaining the list of key cell characteristics and reviewing DFMEA to strengthen product design and quality assurance.I regularly engage with all stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and ensure their timely resolution without compromising on customer deadlines or product quality. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
