I have been working in customer relations for over a decade, and I am passionate about helping clients discover the value of location intelligence and spatial data for their organisations. As a Customer Relations specialist at Esri UK, the leading provider of geographic information systems (GIS) software and services, I introduce clients to the world of ArcGIS and how it can benefit various industries in both the private and public sector.My core competencies include key account management, customer relationship management (CRM), and direct sales.
