ABOUT LAVINIA L. MUKOMILOW
German qualified lawyer advising on all aspects of European and German competition law. I have particular expertise advising clients in complex competition litigation proceedings before European and German courts (up to the Court of Justice of the European Union and the German Federal Court of Justice), and in managing high-value cartel damages claims. I also regularly advise clients in cartel and abuse of dominance cases before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as in challenging cross-border merger control proceedings. Finally, I provide clients with guidance on the Digital Markets Act, foreign direct investment control proceedings, distribution-related competition matters and new trends in cartel investigations, such as HR-related agreements.
