Talent Advisor to ensure an effective and efficient staffing process that meets the needs of internal customers and the staffing team. Fulfill client timelines while performing appropriate and consistent applicant tracking, sourcing, and maintenance of key client relationships.• Partner with District Managers and Managers concerning staffing needs to meet staffing expectations• Plan and execute passive and active sourcing strategies determining appropriate places to post opportunities such as job boards, social media, search firms, LinkedIn, networking, niche sites or associations, etc.• Provide adequate candidate support to ensure great candidate experience.• Meet and exceed client goals by delivering timely hires.
