I am a senior HR executive and trusted advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams with more than two decades of experience shaping enterprise people strategy, organizational design and culture across complex, multi-site organizations. My career has centered on helping organizations navigate periods of transformation — aligning workforce strategy, leadership capability and operational structure with long-term business objectives. I have led enterprise HR modernization efforts, including HRIS transformation, operating model redesign, workforce planning, leadership development frameworks and culture evolution initiatives impacting workforces of up to employees. As Chief People Officer for a multi-location organization, I partnered closely with the CEO, executive team and Board of Directors to align talent strategy with financial sustainability, organizational growth and operational excellence. Most recently, I served as SVP of People & Talent within a founder-led, high-growth environment, building foundational HR infrastructure to support scalability.
