About Lavanya Kunder
I work on building backend systems that actually get used at scale, mostly across Salesforce and Spring Boot.A big part of my work has been around automating service workflows within Salesforce and handling post-disbursement processes, where reliability matters more than anything else. This includes designing and optimising flows, integrating backend logic, and ensuring smooth data movement across systems. One of the more defining experiences was building a backend SMS system that handles high-volume customer notifications. It pushed me to think deeply about system behaviour, edge cases, and what it really means for something to work reliably in production.Along the way, I have also been involved in deployments, CI/CD, and release cycles, which gave me a clearer picture of how things move beyond just code into real-world usage.I enjoy working on systems that solve real problems and continue to learn by building and improving things hands-on.
