Hi, I’m Lavanya. I am currently a English Major student at DCAC, but my day-to-day usually goes far beyond the classroom. I have always been drawn to the \"how\" behind a business: how operations flow, how teams scale, and how brands build real connections.Currently, I balance my academics with a professional role as an Operations & Compliance Manager at an IOCL entity. It’s a high-stakes environment where I have managed everything from 100% digital migration of manual filings to ensuring our balance sheets stay accurate to the last decimal. Navigating the strict regulations of the energy sector has taught me the value of \"zero-error\" work and operational grit.When I\'m not focused on compliance, I am leading a team of multiple talented students as the Management and PR Head for Vyapaar (DCAC E-Cell), which is Delhi University’s largest entrepreneurship cell along with being a career development unit, reaching over a large sum of attendees and collaborating with different corporate partners.
