About Lavanya Rajesh Kumar
I am passionate about developing innovative, integrative, and whole person (bio-psycho-social-spiritual) health based interventions. A lifelong learner, I am keen to understand the role of ketamine, psychedelics, and similar compounds in affecting behavior change, applying technology and quantum theory and to improve health, explore the relation between consciousness and health, and study the effect of integrated and alternate forms of treatment including expressive therapies, energy and yogic science. I am always exploring for innovative ways to personalize interventions and treatments to make them more effective. I am believe in application of technology to create holistic, effective, innovative, accessible, and impactful solutions that improve health, enhance quality of life, accessibility, and equity. As part of my career, I have had the good fortune of collaborating with multicultural and ethnically diverse teams on various international projects in areas of community health, learning and development, and organizational development. I bring to the table an intricate understanding of behavioral science, mental health, human-system interaction, people engagement, process improvement, project management, and research skills. Every problem for me is an opportunity to think differently, learn, and grow. I believe that optimism, openness to learning, and willingness to collaborate is crucial for development. I would like to be associated with entities that harbor a positive, empowering culture, and who strive to create meaningful and impactful solutions to enhance quality of life and pave way for an open, healthier, resilient, and safer societies. In addition to engaging in entrepreneurial, well-being, and social change initiatives, I enjoy learning, traveling, exploring, interacting with others, and understanding the how\'s and why\'s of everything.
