My responsibilities include planning and executing employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, festival events, award functions, and wellness initiatives designed to enhance employee morale and promote a collaborative culture.I oversee end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring smooth transitions that reflect professionalism and compliance with company policies. Preparing HR documentation such as appointment, relieving, training, confirmation, and transfer letters also forms a key part of my work, requiring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Daily monitoring and maintenance of attendance and leave records are handled using HRMS, JSM, and PRIME platforms, which also assist in salary processing, travel claims, and approval workflows. This digital approach streamlines HR operations and maintains data integrity.My role extends to drafting and circulating internal communications to keep employees informed about policies, events, and other HR matters, ensuring transparency and clear information flow.
