About Lava Kumar Kalikola
I am a qualified IT enthusiastic with more than 3.9 years of experience on the Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. My work consisted in provision of support mainly user provisioning and Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) but also base knowledge in Okta FastPass providing secure access to various applications and systems with ease.I have handled various authentication challenges since then including logon failure situations and multi-layered SSO setups amongst others without failure and while observing the laid down measures of support quality and security. The skills of effectively finding solutions to problems I face and working with diverse teams helps in striving towards providing user-friendly solutions even when time is of the essence.On a personal level, I enjoy working in technology to facilitate better security and smoother user experiences. And I am really looking forward to further prospects for growth within this IAM space and contributions toward innovative identity solutions.
