I lead a NYSED grant-funded project, housed in the Center for Advanced Study in Education at CUNY Graduate Center. In my work I supervise curriculum development, professional learning and coaching programs targeted to Students with Limited or Interrupted Education (SIFE) and newcomer multilingual learners across New York State. Recently, we have expanded our work to districts across the country to support both content and ELD teachers in their instructional practices and interventions in working with our students.
