As Front of House Supervisor at Silverstone Karting, I play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at one of the most prestigious venues in British motorsport. My responsibilities include- Leading and supporting the front of house team to ensure a smooth and professional operation- Creating a welcoming and engaging environment for visitors, from first impressions to lasting memories- Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service- Contributing to the launch and development of Silverstone’s brand-new karting track, supporting its growth as an exciting addition to the motorsport offering.This role allows me to combine my passion for hospitality and customer experience with my long-standing aspiration to work within the motorsport sector.
