   The ‘She LEADS’ initiative is designed to support the advancement and growth opportunities of the next generation of leaders in Atlanta. During the six-month program, participants will attend workshops, receive one-on-one mentoring and participate in a capstone project. The program culminates with a graduation ceremony celebrating participants’ growth and achievements, reinforcing the organization\'s commitment to advancing women into leadership roles across all industries.
