As the CEO and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan, a boutique consulting firm specializing in organizational & workforce development, capacity-building, project management, and process improvement, as well as the founder and Executive Director of the Association of Black Women in Project & Program Management (ABWIPPM), which spun off from a vibrant community of over 30K members across social platforms, I bring 15+ years of in-depth expertise in program management and consulting. My professional credentials include being a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant.I am recognized for my strategic leadership in managing diverse teams and steering complex programs that span public health, philanthropy, learning & development/leadership development, health equity, and operations.    Act as Community Manager for a 30K member group; review and approve ~10 daily posts across LinkedIn and Facebook.• Develop and implement group growth and expansion strategies.• Oversee marketing and communication strategy for email and social media marketing campaigns.• Plan and execute a variety of in-person and virtual events; led efforts to facilitate a virtual conference in 2023 with ~70 attendees; identified all speakers; obtained sponsors; drafted a run of show to help inform the flow of the event; scheduled an in-person conference for 100+ attendees, requiring coordination of multiple vendors and speakers; conducted outreach to potential sponsors, resulting in procuring over $30K in small business and corporate sponsorships; conduct a weekly webinar series to support workforce development programming.
