Continuing my effort to help improve the experience medical providers have when doing business with Humana, I\'m now with the team in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer as we strive to position Humana as a leader in value-based care and population health management, focusing on and infusing the voice of the physician and healthcare provider into enterprise-wise operations to drive growth, enhance the clinical care model, and improve the overall provider experience. We\'re also striving to make Humana the employer of choice for the hundreds of gifted physicians currently employed by Humana.
