   I have joined my deep event experience from my time pre-Microsoft along with my experience working in an engineering team focused on Microsoft Unified Communications in my current role as the Microsoft Teams Community Lead. This has been the opportunity of a lifetime allowing me to bring technology to communities worldwide in creative ways. I have the greatest job in the world. I get to create opportunities for thousands of customers, experts, and bright engineers to collaborate with one another in an effort to improve Microsoft Teams and the user experience. I manage the Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP) Program, representing Office Applications and Services for Teams Engineering, where I connect our most passionate community advocates with our product group. There are over 400 MVPs focused on Microsoft Teams and I\'m proud of the diversity of the experts representing Teams. mvp.microsoft.com I support global user groups and community driven events on behalf of Microsoft Teams and had the opportunity to create a community tenant enabling thousands of community members to connect during the Covid-19 pandemic in a virtual environment.
