Manage dynamic procurement commodities of raw material-prepreg/film adhesive, inner barrels, core composite and lip skin materials within the Tulsa/Savannah Procurement Propulsion team for the Nacelle Program.• Develop/manage suppliers/contracts/POs for nacelle G500/G600 program including SOW, bid proposals, cost evaluations, negotiations, communication with engineering, quality, MRB, manufacturing, planning and savannah team members ensuring material/parts, specs/cert/audit requirements and schedules are met.• Manage suppliers, resolve problems related to materials thru RCCA’s, RAIL, quality, delivery, receiving and accounting to resolution including implementing any changes to the contract, legal supplier letters as well as RMA’s, drop shipments and any material AOG issues to ensure production runs on schedule.• Prepares PO’s, CO’s and T & Cs within budget ensuring procurement requirements are met for the nacelle G500/G600 programs, manage third party purchases and lead times to ensure program material support.• Coordinate with operations, shipping, receiving & quality to manage parts for outside scanning processes, issues and all pertinent reporting documents with suppliers, third party suppliers and transport carriers.
