Our mission at Maricopa Ambulance (a subsidiary of Priority Ambulance) is to offer medical facilities, hospitals and patients a better choice in medical transport and to set the standard of excellence for pre-hospital medical care. Our expert, caring EMTs and paramedics are trained in the latest technology and emergency protocols to ensure the comfort and safety of patients. • Provide overall leadership and guidance, as well as collaborative coaching and mentoring, to staff in various locations and in multiple states. • Serve as an advisor and confidante to the leadership team on interpersonal staff and employee issues; provide guidance to managers on carrying out goal setting, performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. • Remedy escalated field operations issues in the areas of employee relations, corrective action, labor relations (with the union), employment law, compensation, and benefits. • Determine course of action for employee relations issues at all levels of the company, in alignment with organizational values, policies, guidelines and governance standards. • Participate as a member of the HR leadership team to provide insights and drive enterprise-wide human resources objectives, initiatives and projects. • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices in employment law, human resources and talent management. • Develop and implement strategic recruiting solutions to attract and retain quality employees. • Proven initiative and ability to work independently within a diverse, fast-paced team environment; deliver premium service and high-quality results with tact and a sense of urgency.
