I help potential new home buyers find the next home of their dreams. I’m the first contact with customers reaching out to Pulte Homes via phone call, internet and/or online chat for approximately 45 communities state-wide in two seperate operating divisions. First touch-point for customers looking for information about various communities of interest. I schedule appointments and maintain calendars for 70 onsite sales consultants. Super-strong organization skills, ability to problem solve on the fly and attention to details are required to handle the mental gymnastics needed in my position. Keeping updated, accurate and extensive records of each individual community, ability to truly multitask for the duration of the day while keeping a smile on my face and a positive, helpful demeanor in all interactions with external as well as internal customers. It’s not a job for the faint of heart!
