What started in our living room with just the two of us, now operates as Fratarcangeli & Associates, LLC with our online hub at TrueNorthCrew.com.It began with an invite to join a group of other young professionals who were doing the \"corporate thing\" during the day, but outside of job hours were entrepreneurs & radical thinkers excited about building scalable income through a business of their own and calling themselves \"boss.\" Although our traditional career paths were corporate communications and real estate, we transitioned from that to being full-time entrepreneurs over two decades ago specializing in marketplace leadership.Today we focus on business development in the online marketplace arena, business coaching, leadership training, professional speaking and personally mentoring a small select group of new entrepreneurs annually.
