I am a Brand Manager on the Seasonal team at Mars Wrigley, owning Easter and the Shapes Portfolio for brands including M&M’S, DOVE, SNICKERS, TWIX, and STARBURST. Previously I was the BM responsible for the Seasonal Candy Dish and Gifting portfolio, where I developed our innovation flavor strategy and recommended updated Candy Dish price pack architecture.Previously I was a Sr. Associate Brand Manager on the M&M’S team, where I lead the development and execution of our 2023 focus innovation, Caramel Cold Brew. In addition to leading the cross-functional team to bring the product to market, I led the development of the 360 support plan. I encouraged collection and utilization of 1P data across the plan, to optimize the Caramel Cold Brew program as well as future innovations. This trend-forward innovation is expected to drive growth and share for the M&M’S brand, while bringing new users into the category. I also oversaw the Overheads and A & CP budgets for the brand, closing 2022 as forecasted for both. I lead the development and execution of the M&M’S Album Art program, 2023 collaborative agency planning, and the execution of M&M’S Messages Y2. I have also worked on the SKITTLES and DOVE Chocolate teams.I graduated with an MBA from Rutgers Business School, specializing in Marketing, in May 2019. Prior to business school, I worked as a radio personality. My role encompassed responsibilities on and off-air, including: public speaking, writing, editing, social media management, event production, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and more.My personal interests include music, baking, and Peloton!
