Built custom PMO Center of Excellence for a Fortune 200 pharmaceutical company. Managed full project lifecycle for solution deployment of evangelical Christian ministry public-facing site. Led 7 strategic enterprise-wide projects/solution implementations for a global nonprofit. Developed customized solution and implementation strategy and classroom training for a nonprofit wholesale electric cooperative. Advised CIO of automotive aftermarket conglomerate on SharePoint implementation, enterprise system evaluation, and SharePoint framework and roadmap. Developed and aligned 3-year online documentation rollout strategy for automotive industry client. Served as strategic advisor to multiple HR, IT, and executive-level stakeholders.
