Head of Marketplace - Member of the Executive Committee Defining and deploying Greenweez Marketplace’s strategy- Recruiting and managing a team of 10 : Business Developers, Account Managers and Project Managers - Growing and developing people into Greenweez Marketplace team while driving productivity and ensuring individual and collective business goals are met - Recruiting & growing new sellers - Expanding selection and driving sales growth - Guaranteeing Customer Experience and Trust by defining quality and sustainability expectations and driving new projects/features Business Development- Implementing processes and tools to organize and optimize sellers sourcing, lead qualification and onboarding (team of 3 business developers growing our sellers pool + 350 /year,+70k offers / year)- Setting and following selection expansion targets through mechanisms to monitor sellers’ recruitment (Salesforce implementation)- Controlling the onboarding quality and seller’s adoption of Greenweez ecosystem and processes Account and Project management- Organizing Account Managers\' and Project Managers\' routine providing tools, mechanisms and reports to grow sellers, manage categories and reach GMV targets - Defining and prioritizing new projects, features, category launches to improve Customer Experience ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams (tech, marketing, customer service, data)
