ABOUT LAURIE NICHOL MILLER

As Founder of We Care Bespoke, I lead the strategic development and delivery of specialist services for children and young people with complex, high-risk and vulnerable needs.I work in close partnership with Local Authorities and multi-agency professionals to design and implement tailored outreach and edge-of-care interventions that prevent family breakdown, reduce risk, and stabilise placements. My approach is relationship-led, trauma-informed, and focused on achieving sustainable, measurable outcomes for every young person we support.We Care Bespoke has Ofsted-rated Good children’s homes, I ensure high standards of safeguarding, leadership, and care delivery. We are committed to creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where young people can rebuild trust, develop life skills, and experience consistent support that promotes long-term stability.In addition, we provide alternative education for pupils who are disengaged from mainstream school due to anxiety, emotional needs, or other complex challenges. Our education provision is designed to rebuild confidence, re-engage learning, and create personalised pathways that support both academic and personal development.Alongside our direct services, I lead the provision of high-quality, fully vetted and compliant agency staffing solutions to children’s homes and wider social care settings. We focus on supplying experienced professionals who uphold safeguarding excellence and strengthen existing care teams.My leadership is centred on quality, accountability, and sustainable growth, ensuring that every service we deliver improves outcomes, strengthens partnerships, and makes a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable adults and children
