Manage all aspects of Viking Cruises package air program including external guests and provide internal support for projects, policies and manage stakeholders- Align and monitor resources and application to ensure all external guests have air arrangements and air tickets for upcoming cruise journeys- Identify areas of opportunity to drive lower overall air cost by implementing new partnerships, IT automation solutions, establish and build relationships with off-shore BPO teams, land operators or hotel contracts. Continue to maintain and grow airline partnerships including net negotiated rates, blocks and charters- Work closely with international offices to implement and align hotel room blocks for the air forced overnight program. Including negotiating key contracts, implementing IT solutions, socializing the information with land operators, building and sharing training material, reconciling all costs with the accounting team and sharing performance reports with senior leaders- Establish and build a solid relationship with BPOs, to handle air back office workflows. Identify work streams, partner with the Learning & Development team on training plans, implement new work flow processes with IT, increase productivity by identifying areas of opportunity for automation, build team structure to ensure team members receive support, are valued and recognized.
